This waterfront property is just the house you need for your getaway! This house comes with a boat dock as well. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 sunroom, 2 kitchens and a game room.
You can enjoy the back deck as you look out onto Old Hickory Lake while having coffee or cocktails. You will also enjoy the hot tub that is on the lower deck. Please note that there is leaves falling as now is the season. We keep the leaves blown from the porches but if you need to remove them while you are there, we do have a blower located in the cushion storage box located near the grill on the top porch.
This house is conveniently located to the airport as well as downtown Nashville.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
