The space
Guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind around the saltwater pool surrounded by 40ft Green Giant Trees; perfect for private spa days, family time playing pool volleyball or enjoying some sports on the TV in the outdoor kitchen while grilling.
The property also boasts a media and game room, complete with a 100-inch screen and surround sound - perfect for movie night or game day viewing! If you are more of the morning type, enjoy an espresso at the coffee bar and enjoy the beautiful nature rich views from the outdoor patio, overlooking the back pasture of the property.
The property boasts a master bedroom with a king bed, beautiful open shower and spa tub, plus a bonus room which can be used as an office and sleeping area. Also, downstairs guests will enjoy two private rooms with queen beds. Upstairs open the door to a beautiful in-law suite, complete with a kitchenette, second living room, and a full bathroom with a spa tub. The outdoor pool area is also equipped with a bathroom and shower in the pool house.
The property is conveniently located with the airport only 15 minutes away and downtown 20 minutes - both accessible by Uber. For nature lovers, Mt. Juliet is the land between two lakes - there are several marinas available with daily boat/kayak rentals and a multitude of hiking areas walk fall hikes at Cummings and Burgess falls within an hour drive.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
