Beautiful 4 Bed/3.5 Bath Gulf Shores beach house located directly on the lagoon and only 3 blocks (8 minute walk or 1 minute drive)  from the Gulf!  With both Gulf and Lagoon views, this house is the perfect location!  Our amenities include 2 pools, hot tub, boardwalk to pier on the lagoon, grill, bikes and beach chairs! Emerald Isle West is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort for your beach group!

The house features 3 King bedrooms, plus a "junior" bedroom that sleeps 4. Additional sleeping on a queen sleeper sofa.  Air mattresses available on request. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, and 1.5 downstairs. Outside area features multiple decks with both gulf and lagoon views, 2 pools, hot tub, grill, and a storage area with all the beach essentials!

Note: The "junior" bedroom is open to the stairway therefore it is not totally private. It is a perfect room for kids.

We are available via text or call at any time, however we will not need to interact with you during the checkin/checkout process.  You will retrieve an electronic door code to enter the property.

Please Note:  The pool, pier and hot tub area are shared by 8 units.  The pool is NOT heated.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
