This house has been completely renovated to accommodate large groups visiting Nashville! It features 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms with 9 beds, and a bar and hot tub outside. Sleeps 10 comfortably and an open concept works perfectly for large groups. Close to the airport, Percy Priest Lake, and 10 miles to downtown. Bathrooms and kitchen are fully stocked with all essentials. Fenced private back yard! We'd love to host your group!

The house is completely designed for large groups and families! The 1500 square foot house features a large dining area, separate tv/den, ample sleeping space with 9 beds, and tons of outside entertaining space which includes a porch bar, grill, hot tub, deck, and fire pit! Beds include 3 queens, 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and a twin day bed with trundle. Back yard is fully fenced in and hot tub is open year-round!

Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay.  Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

This house is managed by Cousins BNB. Cousins BNB is based in Nashville, TN and manages multiple properties. Please let us know if you need information on any other rentals!

Guests will have full access to entire house and backyard including hot tub and firepit area.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
