The entire home is available to guests including the swimming pool during warm weather months.

If you are spending several days in the area and plan to get around, a rental car is the best option. There is Uber available from the airport and from downtown but can be hit or miss when traveling from the house to those areas. A taxi downtown can run about $30-$35
The Opry Mills area is about 20 mins away. Downtown is about 25 mins. The airport is 15-20 mins. There is plentiful grocery shopping and restaurants within 5-10 mins.

Every guest will be required to sign a waiver if they plan to use the swimming pool. As there is no lifeguard on duty, this protects the guests and myself from any liability associated with the pool.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
